Joya S. Holcomb

Joya S. Holcomb 57 of Gainesville, Ga passed away on Monday March 30, 2020.

Ms. Holcomb moved to and lived in the metro Atlanta area for many years. Later she moved back to Gainesville, Ga where she met and married her husband Eugene Holcomb of twenty eight years. Joya loved doing arts & crafts, cooking, and her family. She worked many years in the food industry. Ms. Holcomb was an active member of Cornerstone of Faith Ministries.

She departed this life on March 30, 2020. Ms. Holcomb was proceeded in death by her mother & father ( Cola & George Mintz). Two sisters Barbara Thomas, Carmen Mintz.

Ms. Holcomb leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Mr. Eugene Holcomb, three sons Ryan Holcomb, Bryan Holcomb, Darius Holcomb, all of Gainesville, Ga. Two brothers : Mr. Casper Daniel ( Phyllis), Mr. Gregory Hodges of Gainesville, Ga. Two sisters Ms. Demita Mintz, Yvette Mintz both of Gainesville, Ga and two granddaughters. 

Visitation will be April 3, 2020 from 6pm-8pm at Wimberly Funeral Home chapel. Service will be graveside at Calvary Gardens Cemetery at 1pm on April 4,2020. Professional Funeral Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
