Charles Weldon Jones

Mr. Charles Weldon Jones, age 68, of Sautee-Nacoochee, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020.

Mr. Jones was born in Commerce, GA to the late Roy Thomas and Pearl Lee McElreath Jones.  In addition to parents, he is preceded in death by son, Nicholas Jones.  He was a self-employed mechanic and served in the US Army.

Survivors include wife, Christie Jones, Sautee; sons, Axel Jones and Adrail Jones, both of Sautee; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Nikki Jones, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Christopher Sims; grandchildren, Eli Sims, Emery Sims, Emmet Sims, Evan Sims, Elsie Sims, Falyn Jones, and Tucker Jones; brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Martha Pardue Jones, Cleveland; and sister, Betty Ann Partin, Cleveland.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 PM on Monday, July 27, 2020 with visitation to follow until 7 PM at Barrett Funeral Home.
