Sandra Paul (Mayberry)

Mrs. Sandra Paul (Mayberry), of Buford, GA, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the age of 69.

Sandra was born to parents Claude and Editha Mayberry on February 13, 1951 in Richmond, VA. She had one sister, Claudia Mayberry. Sandra was a devoted mother and wife who loved spoiling her children and grandchildren with gifts and surprises. Sandra also loved animals and spent her life rescuing and caring for abandoned cats.

Sandra married Jeffrey Paul, Sr. on July 14, 1979.  The couple had three children, Christopher, Sarah, and Jeffrey Jr.  Sandra began her professional career working as a secretary at the Richmond Federal Reserve before working admissions for Johnston-Willis Hospital. After the birth of her children, Sandra dedicated the rest of her life to their care.  She volunteered at both the classroom and school level while her children completed their education.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Paul Sr., her son, Christopher Paul and his wife, Amanda Paul; her daughter, Sarah Morris and her husband, Gabriel Morris; her son, Jeffrey Paul Jr. and his wife, Christy Paul, as well as her four grandchildren, Cayden Paul, Cameron Paul, Ezra Morris and Winifred Morris.

A service will not be held at this time.  A Memorial Service will be planned to celebrate Sandra’s life at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to Sandra’s two favorite charities, the National Kidney Foundation and American Humane.
