Frances Steele Dover

Frances Steele Dover, 99, of Norcross passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 24, 2020. Born New Year’s Day in 1921.

Frances Dover is a retired property owner and manager of the Steele Apartments in the Norcross historical downtown area. She’s a long-time member of Norcross First United Methodists Church, Upper Room Sunday School, the Jet Set, the Joy Club and the Gwinnett County Senior Good Age Club. She particularly enjoyed club luncheons with friends. Frances was an avid reader. She always had a newspaper or book in her hands.  She was a loving mother, grandmother.

Preceded in death by her husband Roy Randolph Dover, Father Garland F. Steele and brother G. Fred Steele Jr..

Surviving her are daughters, Nan Dover Smith, King, N.C., Rhanda Dover and Steve Keyes, Dawsonville; Grandchildren, Brent and Sharon Casteel, King, N.C., Dwayne and Leila Casteel, Franklin, TN., Katie Keyes and Jace Richter, Eureka, CA.; Great Grandchildren, Casey Jackson, Evan Casteel, Jordan Dover, Skyler Fleming, Sam Richter; Great Great Grandchild Raelynn. Sister, Penny Keaton, Tampa, Fl., Brother, John and Brenda Steel, Monroe, Ga.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
