The Hall County Board of Commissioners voted to approve a resolution to purchase a total of 1.6 acres of property to expand the Hall County Government Center campus on Thursday.
The County will purchase the property located at 2829 Browns Bridge Road and 2802 Florence Drive, Hall County, GA, for $3 million. The purchase is funded by Capital Project Funds.
The property is currently the site of a furniture store. The 30,000 square-foot space would be used for future growth of the Hall County Government Center, including temporary space for HCGC remodeling and improvements projects, storage and future elections
center location.
No specific plans for the expansion have been released.
