A Cleveland woman was arrested and had additional charges tacked on after she reportedly tried to cross the guard-lines with methamphetamine.
The White County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) arrested 42-year-old Amanda Morris on Monday after they received information she was trafficking and selling meth in the area.
Investigators followed up on the information and went to Morris’ residence on Primrose Drive. During the investigation, Morris was allegedly found in possession of an ounce of meth along with packing material and drug-related objects.
When she was transported to the White County Jail, she was found with additional meth on her person according to authorities.
Morris was charged with trafficking meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, crossing the guard-line, and possession of drug-related objects.
