Region 6-3A will take center stage again on Thursday as all eight teams will resume their series' on Thursday.
Class 3A second-ranked North Hall (10-4, 6-1 Region 6-3A) comes into Thursday holding a slim half-game lead over Dawson County (10-6, 5-2 Region 6-3A) and a one-game lead over No. 3 Pickens (13-3, 5-2 Region 6-3A).
Chestatee (5-12, 4-4 Region 6-3A) had surged into a tie for fourth with GAC (7-6, 4-3 Region 6-3A).but fell a half-game behind the Spartans after a loss to Dawson County on Wednesday. The War Eagles will play host to the Tigers on Thursday to close out their series.
The Trojans play host to White County (6-9, 1-6 Region 6-3A) while Pickens travels to Lumpkin County (9-6, 3-4 Region 6-3A) which has lost three straight. GAC will travel to Oakwood to take on Johnson (2-14, 0-7 Region 6-3A).
Buford plays host to Cherokee in a non-region battle at Gerald McQuaig Field on Thursday.
