OAKWOOD, Ga. — The Johnson girls soccer team delivered a dominating performance in the 7-0 win over White County on the road Tuesday.
The Lady Knights (4-0, 2-0 Region 6-3A) set the tone early in the first half, with Hailey Herrera opening the scoring. Bridget Higgins followed with her own goal before Gissel Garcia extended the lead to 3-0 by halftime.
After the break, the Knights continued their relentless attack. Higgins struck twice more, completing her hat trick, while Garcia added another goal to her tally. Angelique Zelaya capped off the dominant performance with a final goal, sealing the win in style.
