The city of Winder is set to host “Dublin on Jackson” on March 15 in the downtown area.
Winder officials said the event will be held at Jackson Plaza from 4 to 8 p.m. and will feature live music from Midland Station, beer stein-holding contests, axe throwing, themed photo ops and a performance by the Carpenters Irish Dancers at 4:45 p.m.
The event is free to attend and all are welcome to join.
“As we kick off our event season, Dublin on Jackson sets the tone for an exciting year ahead in Winder,” Talore Ruedt, Director of Events said. “We can’t wait to see families and friends gather for an evening of fun, music, and a touch of Irish magic.”
