The City of Lawrenceville and the Lawrenceville Arts Center will present an art exhibition honoring the accomplishments of former Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young.

The “Many Lives of Andrew Young” will be on display at the Lawrenceville Arts Center from Feb. 17- March 31. The free exhibit will include photographs and artifacts from Young’s roles as an activist, pastor, politician and global statesman.

“It is a privilege for the City of Lawrenceville to showcase this impactful exhibition at the Lawrenceville Arts Center, offering our community a chance to reflect on Ambassador Young’s extraordinary legacy,” Lawrenceville  Mayor David Still said in a release. “We encourage everyone to experience this powerful tribute and hear directly from a true changemaker.”

To commemorate the opening of the exhibit, the city will host a fireside chat event with Young moderated by journalist Ernie Suggs on Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. Tickets for “A Conversation with Andrew Young”  at the Lawrenceville Arts Center are available for $40.

Guests will also have an opportunity to purchase tickets for a VIP reception and exhibit viewing prior to the event for an additional $25. Tickets can be purchased here
