BALA CYNWYD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 27, 2025--

Terravet Real Estate Solutions, a leading real estate group specializing in veterinary properties, has expanded into the Atlanta metro area with a $5.37 million acquisition of three premier veterinary and pet care facilities in Peachtree City and Fairburn, Georgia. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone for Terravet, expanding its footprint into one of the Southeast’s most dynamic and rapidly growing regions.

The acquisition includes two standalone veterinary practices—Animal Medical Clinic of Peachtree City and Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn—and a dedicated pet boarding facility, Animal Medical Clinic’s Pet Care Center & Hotel. Together, these properties span 19,649 square feet and are strategically located to support the growing suburban communities southwest of Atlanta, enhancing access to high-quality veterinary care.

“This expansion into Atlanta is an exciting step forward for Terravet, reinforcing our mission to support veterinary practices with modern, accessible facilities,” said Daniel Eisenstadt, CEO of Terravet Real Estate Solutions. “We’re proud to collaborate with Dr. Vince Obsitnik and the Animal Medical Clinic team, whose dedication to compassionate, high-quality care aligns perfectly with our values.”

The seller, Dr. Vince Obsitnik, said, “My business partners and I did an extensive investigation into options available for our veterinary properties and opted to join the Terravet REIT. We value the opportunity to diversify and enhance the value of our investment and to partner with the professional team at Terravet.”

This acquisition is part of Terravet’s REIT, which includes over 650,000 square feet of purpose-built medical facilities.
