Original Story:

The Gwinnett County Police Department is searching for a missing Duluth woman.

A friend of Nicole Evers-Everette, 36, reported her missing on September 24 after she did not hear from her for several days.

Officers reportedly attempted to contact Nicole at her home address in unincorporated Duluth but could not locate her. Officers then contacted  her out of state mother,  who expressed concern that she hadn’t spoken to her daughter in two days. Nicole's mother also mentioned that several years ago, Nicole traveled out of state without telling anyone and was gone for several days before being located, according to a release from GCPD.

Detectives assigned to this case collected security footage from Nicole's home that showed her leaving her residence on Sept. 23 with a suitcase. Nicole's vehicle was last seen in the McDonough area on Sept. 23. Nicole is described as a black female about five foot eight inches tall and 165 pounds.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911.
