A 17-year-old connected to a homicide case in Dekalb County was found in Towns County Wednesday morning.
After reporting an abandoned vehicle by Young Harris College on Tuesday that was connected to Anthony Freeman, the Towns County Sheriff's Office took him into custody without incident.
Freeman was wanted on murder and motor vehicle theft charges.
Authorities said he was found in the Enota Dorm at Young Harris College and will be turned over to the Dekalb County Police Department.

An abandoned vehicle was called into Towns County that is reportedly wanted in connection to a homicide in Dekalb County.
The Towns County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) received the call of an abandoned vehicle near the Young Harris College campus by a wooded area at around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The vehicle was unoccupied, and a TCSO investigation revealed the vehicle was abandoned sometime between 11:30am and 1:30 pm.
The suspect who is allegedly connected to the vehicle is 17-year-old Anthony Freeman, a 5-foot, 3-inches tall black male who weighs 130 pounds.
Freeman is wanted for murder and theft of a motor vehicle.
Towns County says the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
They warn to use extreme caution and call 911.
They will increase patrolling with extra patrols in the Young Harris area.
