A former caregiver at a nursing home in Forsyth County was indicted on more than 100 counts for allegedly stealing pre-loaded payment cards intended for elderly residents at the facility.
Marilyn Fulks is accused of using the cards, which contained $350 each, for her own expenses instead of the residents' essential needs.
The fraud recently involved 35 victims at the facility and totalled an amount of around $15,000.
Police told Channel 2 of Atlanta that Fulks no longer works at the Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center facility in Cumming.
