GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Cherokee Bluff took the lead in the second inning and never looked back in a 7-3 over North Hall on Monday.

The Lady Trojans grabbed the lead in the first inning off an Olivia Mullins single. Bluff, however, tied the game in the top of the second inning when Claire Carlson walked, scoring a run.

Audrey Graham's sacrifice fly in the third inning pushed the Lady Bears in front, 2-1. Bluff tacked on six more runs through the next four innings to seal the victory.

Jayce Archer picked up the win in the circle for the Lady Bears, allowing 10 hits and three runs over seven innings. She struck out one.

Graham and Addy Cagle drove in two runs each for Bluff, while Kate Herren was 3-for-3 at the plate to lead the way. Mac Wareen was 2-for-3.

Mullins was 2-for-4 with two RBIs to pace the Lady Trojans. KB Seabot was 3-for-4.
