The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said drivers reported seeing Robert Averill DeJarnette, 35, driving recklessly in the southbound lanes of SR 365 near Ramsey Road.
A HCSO deputy spotted the vehicle as it passed the Exit 17 southbound ramp on I-985. The deputy reported seeing the vehicle fail to maintain its lane and began a traffic stop.
DeJarnette continued driving and pulled over on the Exit 14 southbound off ramp. He was then placed under arrest for DUI.
