Mattie's Call activated for missing elderly Toccoa Man

A Mattie's Call Alert has been issued throughout northeast Georgia as of early Saturday morning for a missing elderly Toccoa man.

Police are searching for 81-year old Julio Cesar Vena, who was last seen just after 12 midnight early Saturday walking near his home on Beaver Brook Drive in Toccoa.

Mr. Vena reportedly suffers from dimentia and has Parkinson's disease.  He is a Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weights 120 pounds, has gray hair, brown eyes and was wearing a red long sleeve shirt, and black pants when last seen.

Anyone with leads to Julio Vena's location should immediately call Toccoa Police at (706) 282-3244, or by locally dialing 911.
