The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a homicide after the body of a Missing Lawrenceville man was found inside of his truck early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Paden Cove Trail to investigate a parked truck at around 12:30 a.m. When officers looked inside the truck, they found the body of Guadalupe Garcia Rodriguez, 40, of Lawrenceville.
Rordiguez was previously reported missing by his wife on July 1, where she told officers he never came home that afternoon and was last seen driving his truck the day he disappeared.
The motive for the homicide is unknown as of last report.
