Three men were arrested Tuesday and one man remains at large following an investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation into a shooting that took place in Toccoa.
The GBI has arrested and charged Zatorian Y’Deetris Lacy, 21, of Toccoa, with misdemeanor obstruction and disorderly conduct, Christopher Lee Lacy, 28, of Toccoa, with false statements and Shane Ladarious Lacy, 20, of Toccoa, with false statements.
Agents have reportedly taken warrants for Larquavious De’Shyne “Shyne” Colbert, 22, of Toccoa, for aggravated assault, aggravated battery and discharge of a gun near a public highway.
The Toccoa Police Department requested the assistance of the GBI June 29 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Officers had previously responded to the Stephens County Hospital after receiving reports of a shooting victim.
The victim is still being treated as of the last report. Investigations led officers to discover the victim was shot at a home on West Whitman Street following an argument.
