By Will Daughtry News Reporter

White County 911 communications received a report of a person entrapped in farm equipment Friday afternoon.

At around 1 p.m. Friday, White County fire and emergency services, the White County sheriff’s office, and the Cleveland fire department responded to the report.

The incident occurred in the area of Highway 254 between Asa Dorsey Road and Holiness Campground Road.

Responders successfully freed the patient from the equipment, and then decided the person needed air medical transport.

After securing a portion of Holiness Campground Road for a landing zone, AirLife Georgia arrived and transported the patient to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
