It is a stable week financially at the gas pumps throughout Georgia.
AAA of Georgia's website is showing no movement in average prices statewide for unleaded regular gasoline from last week, sitting at $3.36 per gallon today (Monday). That's 10 cents lower than one month ago, but 7 cents above the price from one year ago.
Montrae Waiters of AAA says prices may continue to slowly drop, unless the hurricane season hits the Gulf Coast with storms this summer, which could cause oil refinery production delays.
Average price for gas in Hall County is also stabilized at $3.32 this week with the lowest price throughout Northeast Georgia found in Hart County at $3.22 per gallon. The most expensive average price for gas is in Banks County, at just over $3.41 per gallon.
