A driver was cited Monday evening after his vehicle left J Warren Road, traveled up an embankment and overturned.
Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore said the wreck occurred just before 7:30 p.m.
The driver's name was not released but he was cited for driving too fast for conditions, no license on person and a seatbelt violation. He was uninjured in the crash.
“The Ford Ranger pickup truck lost its driver’s-side front wheel during the collision with the embankment,” Moore said in a press release.
The wreck shut down J Warren Road between Level Grove Road and Old Cleveland Road for nearly one hour.
