Update as of 10 a.m. Tuesday:
One driver was left with minor injuries following a crash at the intersection of Georgia 365 and Georgia 52 Monday night.
Georgia State Patrol troopers responded to the scene at 11:30 p.m. An initial investigation revealed a Suzuki Vitara driven by Eduardo Molina Rodriguez , 18, of North Carolina was traveling south on Georgia 365 in the right lane ran a red light and struck a second vehicle traveling east on Georgia 52 in the left turn lane.
Rodriguez’s vehicle overturned upon impact. The second vehicle was turning left with a green light, a witness told authorities. The driver of that vehicle, 51 year old Lisa Weaver of Lula, was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Rodruigues was cited for failure to obey traffic control devices.

An overnight wreck in Hall County is under Georgia State Patrol investigation after it forced the blockage of a part of Georgia 365 late Monday night, into early Tuesday.
Hall County Sheriff's deputies were redirecting traffic off Cornelia Highway (365) southbound lanes by Lula Road (SR-52) until about 1:15 Tuesday morning following a multi-vehicle wreck with injuries.
Cause for the crash and further details have not been released as the incident is under GSP investigation.
Hall County Sheriff's Officesocial media posts say that 365 southbound lanes were reopened at around 1:20 a.m. today (Tuesday) after the wreck was cleared.
