Local construction company opens two new locations in Savannah and Nashville

Carroll Daniel Construction announced Tuesday the expansion of their business, opening two new office locations in Savannah, Georgia, and Nashville, Tennessee.

“We are proud to extend our services with a permanent presence in Savannah and Nashville,” Brian Daniel, President and CEO of Carroll Daniel Construction Company said. “Both areas are major drivers in economic development and are a natural next step for our business as we grow our footprint to better serve our client base.”

Alan Schuetze has been chosen to lead the Savannah office as Vice President and Division Manager, according to officials. Schuetze is a 14-year veteran with the firm having previously held development and operations roles at Carroll Daniel in Georgia and most recently Greenville, South Carolina.

Leading the office in Tennessee will be Grant Chaney as Vice President and Division Manager, and Allen Guillory as Operations Manager.

Carroll Daniel’s work reportedly stretches across the southeast, including notable projects for several private and public companies, such as the Georgia Ports Authority, Kubota Manufacturing of America, Delta Airlines, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Fox Factory, Florida’s Natural, NASCAR, Fieldale Farms, Tyson, Continental Tire and more, according to officials.

The company now has six office locations across the Southeastern US.
