By Steve Winslow Anchor/Reporter

Two drivers were injured with one cited from a Thursday night wreck involving two speeding vehicles on I-985 in Hall County.

Georgia State Patrol says the driver of a black Ford Mustang, Jesus Benitez, and driver of a black Chevy Camaro, Johnny Love, were travelling southbound on Interstate 985 by Exit 20 (SR 60) in Gainesville just after 9:30 p.m. when their vehicles collided.

The Mustang reportedly overturned onto its roof after contacting the rear right section of the Camaro during the wreck, according to the GSP report. While no arrests were made, GSP cited Jesus Benitez for following too closely in the wreck.

Both drivers were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for their injuries with no further details on their condition.
