A Flowery Branch man was arrested Tuesday after police allegedly found him in possession of child pornography.
B.J. Williams with the Hall County Sheriff's Office said county investigators received a cybertip from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in May 2023 that Caleb Moore-Rosario, age 39, was in possession of the material.
"Mr. Moore-Rosario was found to have at least one video on his personal computer at his residence on Bridle Creek Drive," Williams said. "That video contained two children engaged in sexual activity."
Moore-Rosario was then arrested on Tuesday and booked into the Hall County Jail. He remained there as of Wednesday afternoon without bond on one charge of sexual exploitation of children.
Williams said more charges could be pending against Moore-Rosario as the investigation continues. She said the victims in the case are not believed to be local.
