The North Hall boys and girls golf teams advanced to the Class 4A tournament with a third-place finish in the Area 3 4A tournament at The Georgia Club.
The Trojans shot a 297 to finish behind North Oconee and Lovett, while the Lady Trojans turned in a 268 to finish behind North Oconee and Madison County.
North Hall was led by senior Daley William, who scored 72 to finish seventh overall in the boys' tournament. On the girls' side, Lillie Mallis turned in a 79 to finish third overall.
Cherokee Bluff's Alisa Pressley captured the Area 4 4A individual title and will advance as an individual participant in the Class 4A state tournament. The Lady Bears finished fourth as a team with a 276.
The boys' state tournament will be held at Highland Country Club in LaGrange, Ga., while the girls will play at The Fields Golf Course in LaGrange. Both tournaments will be held May 20-21.
