Gainesville police officials are searching for suspects after a single-vehicle crash near the city's downtown area Friday afternoon.
Gainesville Police Lt. Kevin Holbrook said the crash happened on Academy Street just off of Green Street. No details on what led to the accident have been made available.
Holbrook said the subjects then fled the scene on foot. No descriptions were immediately made available.
