Six people arrested in a White County drug bust

Six people are facing charges following a recent sting operation in White County.

A release from White County Sheriff's Office says a collaborated effort with Dawson County, City of Cleveland and Appalachian Regional Drug law enforcement officials led to a drug search along a home on Hulsey Road in Cleveland on Tuesday.

Investigators confiscated over 25 grams of Methamphetamine and led to the arrest of six individuals from Cleveland, Dawsonville, Clermont and Gainesville.

Officials arrested the following area residents on assorted drug or other outstanding charges:

  • Donald Cory Weaver, 38 of Cleveland, GA - Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
  • Rebecca Allyn Frankum, 32 of Cleveland, GA - Possession of Methampehtamine.
  • Anthony Stephen Thompson, 53 of Clermont, GA - Failure to appear.
  • Jordan Lee Teague, 31 of Gainesville, GA - Violation of probation.
  • Meghan Lynn Myers, 33 of Dawsonville, GA - Violation of probation.
  • Marah Grace Gilreath, 27 of Cleveland, GA - Failure to appear.
