Two people are dead and a third person is wounded from a home shooting incident in Barrow County early Thursday morning.
Barrow's Sheriff's Office reports that their deputies were called to the home at 843 Kendall Park Drive in Winder at around 5:40 a.m. for a call of several people being shot in the residence.
Investigators arrived to find a deceased 66-year-old female and a deceased 64-year old male. A 35-year old male who made the 911 call was wounded and transported to an area hospital, according to a press release.
Names of the victims involved have not been released, as the Barrow Sheriff's investigation continues.

Deputies and investigators with the Barrow County Sheriff's Office are looking into details behind a possible shooting incident Thursday morning at a Winder home.
Posts on the Barrow County Sheriff's Office social media pages indicates that they were called to the scene of an undisclosed home at the Kendall Park subdivision in Winder after 6:00 a.m.
According to their official Facebook page, authorities said, "Deputies and investigators are on scene at a home in Kendall Park Subdivision in regards to possibly multiple people inside the home that have been shot. We are working to find out more details to determine what happened. We will update as more information is gathered."
Attempts to reach authorities in the Barrow Sheriff's Office publie relations department have not been returned to Access WDUN as of this publication time. Officials did emphasize that it does not appear that the public is in any immediate danger from that area.
