UPDATE 2:
The Lawrenceville Police Department has made an arrest in the homicide of 37-year-old Ervin Fejzic outside his business on Saturday.
Lawrenceville Police Detectives took 38-year-old Leroy Taylor of McDonough into custody Sunday afternoon.
Taylor has been charged with the following:
- Felony Murder
- Aggravated Assault
- Armed Robbery
- Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of Felony
- Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon
Taylor is in the Gwinnett County Jail as of last report. No other suspects are believed to be involved in the incident, according to a release from the agency.

A man was shot outside a bakery in Lawrenceville early Saturday morning and officers are currently working to find the suspect.
Officers with the Lawrenceville Police Department Saturday were called to the scene of the shooting death of a 37-year-old man outside the Fejzic Bakery located at 259 Scenic Highway, according to officials.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:00 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found the male unconscious and suffering from gunshot wounds. Aid was reportedly rendered to the victim, but he was soon pronounced deceased, the department said Saturday.
Detectives began to immediately process the scene by speaking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage.

The identity of the victim has not been released as police work to notify his next of kin.
