Recognized as one of the fastest-growing builders in the Southeast United States, McKinley Homes today announced the acquisition of Liberty Home Builders Houston, Texas, recognized as one of the region’s most respected home building companies.
McKinley Homes welcomes the leadership team, staff, homeowners, and new home buyers to the McKinley Homes family and looks forward to working with the McKinley Homes Houston division to continue to build high-quality homes with superior standard features throughout the Houston metropolitan region.
McKinley Homes Houston Division corporate offices will be located at the former Liberty Home Builders office located at 2821 Jordens Road, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77084. The current team of employees will be retained to continue operating the McKinley Homes Houston division.

McKinley Homes Houston Division will be led by the former Liberty Home Builders Executive Team which consists of Damon Sachs, President, Johnny Sullivan, Vice President of Construction, and Dennis Ulanday, Vice President of Sales. Damon Sachs will report to Jinsong Yang, Managing Member of McKinley Homes. John Sachs, a founding partner and CEO of Liberty Home Builders, is retiring effective immediately. McKinley Homes will continue to build homes in some of the most desirable communities in the Houston region, including Kings Mill, Anderson Lake, Stone Creek Ranch, Encino Estates, and Barton Place.
