A woman was killed Saturday night after a shooting at a home on Creeldale Drive near Norcross.
The Gwinnett County Police Department said the shooting was reported just after 7 p.m.
“Through the use of a language interpretation service, the 911 call-taker learned that a woman was suffering from a gunshot injury at the home,” police officials said in a press release.
When officers arrived at the scene they found a Hispanic woman in her 30s dead.
Officers secured the home and called the Homicide and Crime Scene Units.
No charges have been filed against the shooter at this time.
The victim's identity will be withheld until next of kin is notified.
