Healthcare Workforce Logistics Selected as a Recommended Managed Service Program Provider by Respondents to SIA Survey

By The Associated Press

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 28, 2024--

Healthcare Workforce Logistics (HWL), a leader in healthcare workforce management solutions, today announced it has been identified as a recommended Managed Service Program (MSP) provider in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) VMS and MSP Fees, and Recommended MSPs research report. The findings are based on responses to SIA’s 2024 North America Staffing Company Survey.

In surveying staffing companies, the global research and advisory firm asked respondents, “Is there an MSP you have had a particularly good experience with?” HWL was named in survey taker responses, receiving ratings that rank the company fifth among all recommended MSP providers. Respondents provided several reasons for recommending an MSP, including overall good experience, issue resolution management, organization and strong partnerships with other vendors.

Leveraging its customizable suite of technology-driven workforce management solutions, HWL empowers healthcare organizations to gain competitive advantage. Its comprehensive approach to workforce management focuses on creating value for healthcare organizations nationwide by streamlining staffing processes, optimizing resource allocation and improving patient care.

“We are honored that staffing companies we partner with recommended HWL when responding to SIA’s survey,” said Jonathan Ward, president, HWL. “These ratings underscore the expertise and commitment our team brings, providing industry-leading, client-centric solutions that address the unique challenges of healthcare staffing. As ever, our commitment is firmly rooted in providing high-quality, data-driven and innovative services that support the success of healthcare organizations across the country.”
