A 16-year-old driver is facing a charge of Homicide by vehicle in the 2nd degree after an early morning Gwinnett County wreck.
The Gwinnett County Police Department reported the 16-year-old was turning left from Sugarloaf Pkwy onto Villa Ridge Pkwy. That driver failed to yield and turned in front of another vehicle that was traveling northbound on Sugarloaf Pkwy.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to a local hospital where he later died of his injuries.
The at fault driver was also charged with Failure to Yield while turning left.
No other details have been released as of last report.
