LINCOLNTON, Ga. – After falling behind early, Commerce turned it on and came back to beat Lincoln County, 17-10.

Lincoln County jumped out to a 10-0 advantage before the Tigers got on the board late in the first off a Tysean Wiggins 3-yard plunge, capping an 80-yard drive to get the Tigers back into the game.

After neither team scored in the second or third quarters, Wiggins punched it in from five yards out to give Commerce their first lead of the night early in the fourth. Ivy Tolbert finished off the night by hitting a 22-yard field goal to end a 73-yard drive late in the fourth.

Wiggins finished with 101 yards on the ground with the two scores, while Jaiden Daniels added 135 yards on 30 touches.

Commerce will host Banks County next week.
