RABBITTOWN, Ga. — East Hall lost 5-1 to to Franklin County on Saturday at East Hall Park.
Franklin County got a no-hitter from McCall Davis. who went the distance, striking out 16 Lady Vikings.
The Lady Lions scored twice in the fourth to break a scoreless tie but East Hall got a run back in the bottom of the inning when Kaylana Curry walked, stole second and third, and then scored n a Franklin County error. East Hall got two more runners on in the inning on another walk and a hit batter with one out but could not push another run across.
Franklin County added another run in the fifth and two more in the seventh. Davis then retired the final 11 East Hall batters to preserve the win.
Amari Burce took the loss scattering five hits and three walks. He fanned eight.
