Commerce Police is asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenage boy.
Officials say they are currently looking for a runaway juvenile by the name of Joseph, "Joey" Parcell, who is 16 years old, weighs 165 pounds, and stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall.
Joey has brown, wavy hair and hazel color eyes.
He was last seen Sunday along Baylor Avenue off Mount Olive Road at around 10:00 p.m.
