Gwinnett property tax bills are being mailed to customers and residents

By Steve Winslow Anchor/Reporter

Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner Denise R. Mitchell announced today that the 2023 property tax bills will be mailed starting Thursday, August 10.

Various options for payment will be available to taxpayers to view, print and pay their bills online with an e-check, credit card or debit card.

Mitchell says that payments made online with debit and credit cards incur added convenience fees. The debit card fee is $3.95. The fee for using credit cards and PayPal is 2.25 percent of the total paid.

Individuals who have questions about their tax bills can call Property Tax Customer Service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at (770) 822-8800, or they can email [email protected]

Assistance is also available in person at the main property tax office located at the Gwinnett Justice Center at 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville. Customers can reduce their wait in line by scheduling an appointment in advance at www.GwinnettTaxCommissioner.com

Details and links for payments can also be found here.

Gwinnett property tax bill payments are due October 15.
