The Georgia Lottery is reporting another record-breaking year.
Fiscal Year 2023 brought in more than $1.5 billion in profits for education and more than $40 million over the previous year.
It's the eighth-straight year to record over $1 billion in profits.
Revenue from the state lottery commission assists the state's HOPE Scholarship, among other education programs.
