Gas prices for commuters rise in Georgia

There's been a jump...at the pump. 

Georgia commuters are finding that the price of unleaded gasoline has jumped over the past week.

AAA of Georgia's weekly update shows the average price of gas statewide sits at $3.37 per gallon, a 10 cent increase from last week, 8 cents more than one month ago and 56 cents below the average from one year ago, as of today (Monday).

Hall County drivers will see the average price at around $3.35 per gallon, with the lowest average price in the area found in Towns County, at $3.22 per gallon.

Average price for unleaded gas across the country is $3.59 cents per gallon.
