UPS and the Teamsters union are heading back to the bargaining table in an attempt to reach a contract agreement.
The union says the Sandy Springs-based company has reached out to begin talking again before the current contract ends on July 31st.
The head of the Independent Pilots Association is also signaling they will not be flying for UPS if an agreement is not reached.
UPS Workers within the Teamsters union are seeking improvements to wages, vacation time and climate-controlled vehicles, among other matters.
