Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation has announced that Carroll Daniel Construction will be the general contractor for its new Gainesville Hall County Gateway Industrial Center development.

KMA’s plan for the expansion is to invest $190 million to build a technology-driven 700,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.

The facility will mass-produce front-end loaders for all Kubota tractors, according to KMA.

“We are excited to team up with Carroll Daniel Construction again on this new and very important project,” KMA President Brian Arnold said. “With Kubota’s North American sales accounting for more the 40 percent of Kubota’s worldwide business, this facility will play a pivotal role in our future growth in the agricultural machinery market.”

Arnold also thanked Brian Rochester and Eric Chini from Rochester and Associates who he says have been vital in planning the project.

“We are honored to partner with Kubota and several local subcontractors on the Loader Facility Project,” said Brian Daniel, President and CEO of Carroll Daniel Construction. “This important project is a testament to the favorable business climate and ongoing investments being made in the Hall County community and a commitment to building more opportunities for local workforce.”

KMA’s headquarters is located in Gainesville and employs 3,500 people across the state of Georgia.
