A commercial fire broke out Tuesday afternoon at Hulsey Wrecker Service, leaving the business’ garage damaged and a vehicle in the shop declared a total loss.
At approximately 2 p.m. Tuesday, Hall County Fire Rescue responded to the 1600 block of Candler Road to reports of a commercial fire at Hulsey Wrecker Service. Once crews arrived on the scene, they found flames burning in a garage, near the center of the structure.
Firefighters battled the blaze from inside the building and were able to quickly extinguish the fire. Searches were conducted during the fire attack and no one was discovered inside the building.
One vehicle inside the shop was declared a total loss following the fire. There were no reported injuries to civilians or HCFR crew during the incident, according to Public Information Officer Kimberlie Ledsinger.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown and remains under investigation.
