A Flowery Branch man who was previously arrested in a child pornography case is now facing additional charges.
In an update released Wednesday morning, the Hall County Sheriff's Office said Jonathan Malinguaggio, 39, was charged Tuesday with an additional 121 counts of sexual exploitation of children.
The agency said continued forensic processing of Malinguaggio's electronic devices allegedly uncovered more images of child pornography.
He remained in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Wednesday morning.
This follows Malinguaggio's arrest on June 6 after investigators allegedly found 20 images of child sexual abuse material on his cell phone.
The phone was seized when Malinguaggio was arrested in January on child sex abuse charges.
In that January case, Malinguaggio was charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy and incest.
Malinguaggio allegedly sexually abused a female victim, who was under the age of 10, between March 18, 2020, and Sept. 13, 2022.
The child sex abuse investigation began on Sept. 13, 2022, when deputies were notified by the Hall County Department of Family and Children Services about the alleged sexual abuse.

A Flowery Branch man was arrested Tuesday on allegations that he possessed child pornography on his cell phone.
According to a press release from the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Jonathan Malinguaggio, 39, turned himself in just before noon.
Sheriff's office investigators issued an arrest warrant the week prior to his arrest after forensic testing of his cell phone allegedly found 20 images of child sexual abuse material on the device.
The phone was seized when Malinguaggio was arrested in January on child sex abuse charges.
In that January case, Malinguaggio was charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy and incest.
