Arcade police looking for missing juvenile

Police are looking for an East Jackson High School student who hasn't been seen since leaving for school on April 20.

In a release, Arcade Police Department officials said Joseph "Joey" Reid Parcell was last seen just after 6:30 a.m. that morning. He did not return home later that day and authorities said he is believed to be staying with his girlfriend in the Arcade or Jefferson area.

Parcell is described as a 16-year-old white male standing 5 foot 10 inches and weighing 165 pounds.

Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact Arcade police by calling 706-367-1821 with the extension 102.
