Restauranteur weighs in on noisy children in dining establishments

After several restaurants nationally chose to ban small children from their establishments, Josh Lugar, the co-founder of Capital Tacos, a family-oriented chain, weighed in on whether children are appropriate in a restaurant. Lugar appeared on the Wednesday, April 26 edition of WDUN's "Newsroom."
