A Toccoa man was killed in a two-vehicle wreck Sunday afternoon in Stephens County.
According to a press release from the Georgia State Patrol, the incident happened just after 4 p.m. on Georgia 106.
A truck being driven by Janie Pulliam, 77, of Toccoa, allegedly failed to maintain its lane on the roadway, causing a head-on accident with a motorcycle, being driven by James Kelley, 44, of Toccoa.
Kelley was thrown 50 feet into a ditch where he died from his injuries. Pulliam suffered a possible minor injury.
A small fire also broke out after the crash.
