Authorities have located David Arthur Rock, who was reported missing in Winder early Thursday evening.

A Mattie's Call has been issued for a disabled Winder man last seen early Thursday evening.
The Winder Police Department says David Arthur Rock was last seen at an Oak Street apartment around 5 p.m.
Rock, 33, is described as a white male, standing 6'01" and weighing 157 pounds. He has hazel eyes and short brown hair, and is said to be balding.
At the time of his last sighting, Rock was wearing a dark long sleeve shirt, plaid gray pajama pants and tan house slippers.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call 911, or contact the Winder Police Department at 770-867-2156.
