North Georgia Community Foundation adds four new board members

The North Georgia Community Foundation added four new members Thursday to their Board of Directors.  
 
Mark Bell, Steve Cooper, Charlie Fiveash, and Jason Voyles started their three-year term at NGCF’s first board meeting of the year, held in mid-February.
 
“We look forward to having each of these individuals bring their unique skillset and knowledge to our devoted Board,” NGCF Board Chair, Blair Diaz said in a press release from NGCF.
 
Bell is a Gainesville native and a partner at Kelly & Bell, LLP.  He started in the accounting field in 1986 and focuses on working with small business clients, individuals, and business valuations.  
 
Cooper, owner of Cooper & Company General Contractors and Sovereign Cooper Joint Venture Construction Managers, has more than 35 years of construction experience.  He operates in the Forsyth County area.
 
Fiveash is the Executive Director for Partnership Habersham. He is currently a member of the Georgia Economic Developers Association as well as the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks.
 
Voyles has been a Partner at Hulsey, Oliver & Mahar since 2003.  He focuses on corporate and intellectual property law and estate planning and administration, including guardianships and conservatorships. He has a passion for volunteer work and assisting local nonprofits and organizations with legal guidance.
